Timber Creek
Community Information
In the heart of Bellingham, the new Timber Creek neighborhood places residents a short distance from downtown and a variety of trail networks, including the popular Whatcom Falls Park. With sidewalks on both sides of Whidbey Street and a future dedicated nature trail we’re making it easy for residents to enjoy the outdoors and foster a sense of community. Skeers Construction will be developing Phase One with 14 new homes in 2026. The Timber Creek neighborhood will have 22+ homes when completed.
March 2026 – Lots 2, 3, 4, 10, 11 and 12 have sold already. Several one story homes (Lot 7 and 8) are available. Check in with Stacy for all presale opportunities, specifics about construction and completion dates in 2026.
