Lynbrook is centrally located on Bushwick Court within the city limits of Bellingham. The Lynbrook plat will have a total of 9 homes when completed. Skeers Construction will be developing these large lots and completing 3 homes here in 2023. As of April 2023 there is just one Skeers Construction move-in ready home available on Lot 1.
Lynbrook is located off Yew Street very near the Pipeline Connector Trail to the Galbraith Mountain Trail system.
