Community Information

In the heart of Bellingham, the new Timber Creek neighborhood places residents a short distance from downtown and a variety of trail networks, including the popular Whatcom Falls Park. With sidewalks on both sides of Whidbey Street and a future dedicated nature trail we’re making it easy for residents to enjoy the outdoors and foster a sense of community. Skeers Construction will be developing Phase One with 14 new homes in 2025/2026. The Timber Creek neighborhood will have 22+ homes when completed.

October 2025  – Presales have begun! We have buyers for Lot 3, Lot 4, and Lot 12 already. Several one story (Lot 10 and Lot 7) and main floor primary bedroom homes (Lot 2) are available. Check in with Stacy for all presale opportunities, specifics about construction and completion dates in early to mid 2026.
